The Painted Hills in Oregon are beautiful, offering a unique look at the lands geology over millions of years. In an effort to preserve this area there are not many trails and you are required to not venture off them which in my opinion makes it kind of a boring/touristy place to photograph. (lookup the hashtag #paintedhills on instagram and you will be inundated with ‘influencers’ on a boardwalk ~ Cool)
With any limitation can come inspiration in terms of thinking of composition and subject matter, if you ever get the opportunity definitely a cool spot to checkout. Enjoy
